About the movement
The best ideas come from movement. It was when I ran from Sigulda to Līgatne, listening to the rock opera "Lāčplēsis," that the idea for what eventually became the concept "Run the Baltic Way 35" came to me. The song "Patiesībai" by the band "Instrumenti" was the final touch, making everything in my mind align so precisely that I decided not to leave this thought at the idea stage. The concept is ideologically simple, although I don't deny that its execution will require some physical effort.
This movement, "Run the Baltic Way," was created to remind us of the Baltic Way and affirm our unity in the name of freedom.
